By using Vivid Spirit Studio pages, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Educational content

Course descriptions and lessons are educational resources for beginner graphic design. They do not promise employment, income, client outcomes, or a particular creative result. Content covers vector illustration, typography, portfolio development and dashboard-style modules.

Orders and demonstrations

The catalog and cart may illustrate a future learning purchase. Unless a separate written checkout confirmation states otherwise, the cart demo does not process payment or create enrolment.

Intellectual property

Vivid Spirit Studio owns or licenses its written lessons, interface copy, brand assets, and instructional structure. You may use your own project work for personal portfolio purposes while respecting any third-party material.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, scrape private information, or misuse contact channels.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove features and may revise course descriptions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Vivid Spirit Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the demonstration or reliance on educational information.
